Stitching the Story of Agriculture
The agricultural overalls in the Echoes of History project pay tribute to the deep farming roots of Huntingdon County. Using images from the Farm Museum and the Huntingdon County Fair, along with donated photographs of livestock, equipment, and fields from across the region, the piece highlights the many types of farms that shape our landscape—dairy, crop, and more. Layered like seasons, each image speaks to the rhythm of rural life and the hard work behind every harvest. These paper overalls honor not only the labor but the legacy of agriculture in our community.
