Juniata College Grove Farm Residency: Echoes in History Series
Echoes in History is a residency project developed in conjunction with Juniata College that bridges past and present through paper collage presented as fiber works. Drawing on archival images from across time, each piece layers history into textured, textile-like surfaces that ask us to look closely at the traces we leave behind.
Natural Stitching
Natural Stitching is a limited series exploring the intersection of monoprinting, birch bark, and embroidery. The work layers industrial and natural surfaces with hand-stitched detail, creating pieces that feel both found and carefully made.
Mini Landscapes
Mini Landscapes are a series of small wearable pins built on the humble foundation of large stitch-holding pins, layered and worked into intimate vignettes of place. Each piece captures a fragment of landscape through texture and material, turning the tools of the maker’s hand into tiny, wearable windows onto the world.
Plastic Fantastic
Plastic Fantastic is a series of woven sculptures and wearables born from working with whatever materials are close by — flex strips and brads repurposed from the everyday into something entirely unexpected. Each piece celebrates the ingenuity of making do, transforming humble fasteners and industrial ribbon into intricate woven forms that are both architectural and wearable.
Fiber&
FIBER& is a series of organic sculptures and relief works that pairs fiber with a rotating cast of unexpected materials, using the tension between them to unlock new textures and surfaces. Each piece is an exploration of what fiber becomes when pushed into dialogue with the world around it — growing, layering, and building into forms that feel rooted in the natural world.

Hands that Hold
Hands that Hold is a limited series that brings together the 2020 grant-funded sculptural work of Filling the Void alongside continued explorations in felted hands, each piece a quiet meditation on the weight of what we carry. Through form and fiber, the series traces the physical and emotional labor of processing — hands as vessels, as anchors, as the body’s most honest language.

Rootstock
Rootstock explores what it means to leave a place and grow into another — the tearing, the carrying, the slow reach of new roots into unfamiliar soil. These works ask what home is made of, and what we must plant in ourselves to make it anywhere.
